I placed an order but would like to add something to my order. Is that possible?
It is possible, as long as your order is still pending. Through the contact form you can let us know what you'd like to add. We will check for you if it's possible.
I have placed an order, but haven’t received an order confirmation. Did my order came through?
We recommend you to have a look in your spam folder. If this is not the case please contact us and we will check if we received your order.
I noticed that I can fill in a voucher code during my check out. How do I get a voucher code?
We give these voucher codes away via social media and our newsletter. Keep an eye on our social media pages to not miss out any discount vouchers.
I placed an order and paid already but forgot to enter the discount voucher, can the discount still be applied?
Unfortunately, any attempt to apply a discount after payment will be unsuccessful.

When will you sent my order?
Orders will be shipped once payment is received by us. When you have ordered and paid before 14:30, your order will be shipped the same day. All orders received after 14:30 will be shipped the following business day.
What are the shipping costs?
We do not charge shipping costs for shipments within the UK. (no minimum spend)
We are obligated to add a flat rate of £3.50 for shipping and administration fee for our European customers. Shipping costs for other non-EU countries are £4.75.
I’ve received an shipping confirmation email but haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your order after one week, please contact us. We will contact Royal Mail to check if something went wrong.
Are the orders sent in envelopes or parcels?
Almost all our products do fit in the mailbox. We sent them in Large bubble wrapped letters. Orders above £50 will be sent as a parcel and we will not charge you extra costs.
I have a complaint about a product, what should I do?
We strive to offer only products with the right price / quality ratio. Are you not satisfied about an item, please contact us with a description of the complaint. We will provide an appropriate solution.
I miss an item in my order, what should I do?
This is obviously not our intention, but it may happen occasionally that something is missing in your order. If this is because a product is not in stock, we will always contact you. The product will then be forwarded as soon as it is back in stock, or the amount will be refunded to your account.
